O Memorial da Resistência de São Paulo recebe a exposição itinerante Memória Argentina para o Mundo: O Centro Clandestino ESMA, em parceria com o Museu Sítio de Memória ESMA – Ex-Centro Clandestino de Detenção, Tortura e Extermínio.

A mostra é dividida em dois núcleos:
🔹 Patrimônio do Nunca Mais – apresenta a história da ESMA (Escola Superior de Mecânica da Armada), o maior centro clandestino da ditadura militar argentina (1976-1983), onde cerca de 5 mil pessoas foram detidas ou desapareceram. Em 2023, foi reconhecido como Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO.
🔹 Ser Mulheres na ESMA – aborda as violações de direitos humanos cometidas contra mulheres sob a ótica dos testemunhos das sobreviventes, trazendo uma reflexão sobre gênero e repressão política.

The Memorial da Resistência de São Paulo presents the traveling exhibition Argentine Memory for the World: The ESMA Clandestine Center, in collaboration with the ESMA Memory Site Museum – a former clandestine detention, torture, and extermination center.

The exhibition is divided into two sections:
🔹 Never Again Heritage – explores the history of ESMA (Naval Mechanics School), the largest clandestine center of the Argentine military dictatorship (1976-1983), where around 5,000 people were detained or disappeared. In 2023, it was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
🔹 Being Women in ESMA – revisits the operation of the clandestine center from a gender perspective, highlighting human rights violations against women through the testimonies of survivors.
